Mr. Kim is a client we recently established contact with. He pointed out that his company has recently developed a medical product that can go deep into the ear canal to analyze whether there are ear canal diseases through high-definition images and AI. He brought this product to demonstrate to us on site, but he was troubled by the fact that the wiring harness used to connect the motherboard and the sensor needs to be specially customized, otherwise there will be poor contact problems.
After clarifying the problem and requirements, our boss decisively began producing the first wire harness sample, personally overseeing the entire process. Once the finished product was complete, Mr. Kim immediately assembled it into his product for testing. All data was correct, but Mr. Kim pointed out that the wire harness inside rubbed against the protective shell during rotation, causing it to not rotate as smoothly as before. Our boss explained that this custom-made wire harness had a magnetic ring added to each end to combat electromagnetic interference and ensure stable data signal transmission, which explained the less smooth rotation. However, this could be perfectly resolved by shortening the wire harness by 1cm. With Mr. Kim's consent, our boss quickly completed the production of the second wire harness sample, ultimately solving the problem.
After successfully producing the sample, the two bosses began to talk about their lives and families. Although they were in different countries, they had similar experiences and shared a mutual appreciation.
After on-site inspection and testing of the final product, Mr. Kim expressed great satisfaction with our product and placed the first order, saying that this was our first cooperation and the cornerstone of our long-term cooperation in the future.
